Our full-auto  aerosol can making line make  120 cans/minute, 3 piece tinplate can( not 2 piece aluminium can), 

Process is : 1 precision slitting tinplate  2, roll tinplate 3, weld tinplate 4, coat glue&dry glue 5, neck&flange can body 

6, seal bottom&top 

we supply 4 station machine: neck&flange&seal bottom&seal top

or 2*2 station machine: neck&flange + seal bottom&seal top 

We also make dies for aerosol can top and bottom end and full-auto line to make aerosol can top and bottom end.
